Our medical weight management program begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your health history, metabolic profile, hormonal status, and lifestyle. From there, your provider develops a personalized plan that may include nutritional guidance, behavioral coaching, prescription therapies when clinically appropriate, and ongoing monitoring. We focus on sustainable, medically sound strategies rather than short-term fixes.
GLP-1 Medication Consultations
GLP-1 receptor agonists have demonstrated meaningful weight loss outcomes in clinical trials and are used in our program when medically appropriate. Treatment is affordable, individualized and dependent on a full medical evaluation. Not every patient is a candidate, but your provider will discuss your options, eligibility, and what to expect during a dedicated consultation.
PNOE Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching
PNOĒ Metabolic Testing, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching
PNOĒ is a clinical-grade breath analysis platform that measures your resting metabolic rate (RMR), VO₂ max, and metabolic age through a non-invasive breath test. Results provide a precise picture of how your body uses energy at rest and during activity, along with personalized recommendations for nutrition, exercise intensity, and longevity goals. This data eliminates guesswork and allows us to build a truly individualized plan.

Emerging Weight Management Research
The field of metabolic medicine continues to evolve rapidly. Compounds such as retatrutide and cagrilintide are currently under investigation in clinical trials for their potential roles in weight management. These agents are not available for routine booking and are not part of our active treatment menu. We share this information for educational purposes and will update our offerings as evidence and regulatory guidance develop. Note that cagrilintide is an amylin analog, not a GLP-1 medication.
